Our ESG Commitment
Saint Visage Dental Group recognises its responsibility to operate sustainably and to contribute positively to the communities we serve. Our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework guides our approach to responsible business practices across all operations.
Environmental
Carbon Reduction
We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint across the group. Our environmental initiatives include:
- Transitioning to energy-efficient LED lighting and equipment across all practices.
- Implementing digital workflows to reduce paper consumption, including digital patient records, electronic consent forms, and paperless communication.
- Encouraging sustainable commuting options for staff and supporting remote working for administrative roles where possible.
- Reviewing and consolidating supply chain logistics to reduce transportation emissions.
Waste Management
Dental practices produce clinical and non-clinical waste streams that require careful management. We work with licensed waste management contractors to ensure all waste is segregated, transported, and disposed of in compliance with the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the Controlled Waste Regulations. We are actively seeking to reduce single-use plastics where clinically safe alternatives exist.
Practice Management Development
Community Oral Health
We invest in community oral health initiatives, recognising that dental health inequality remains a significant challenge in the UK. Our social programmes include:
- School outreach programmes providing oral health education and free screening in areas with limited access to dental care.
- Supporting local food banks and community organisations with oral hygiene product donations.
- Participating in national oral health campaigns, including National Smile Month and Mouth Cancer Awareness Month.
Workforce Development

Through our Associate Development Programme, we provide international dental graduates with a comprehensive pathway to practise in the UK.
