Associate Development Programme
Our flagship Associate Development Programme is a structured three-year pathway designed for international dental graduates entering UK practice. The programme includes:
- Full GDC registration, visa, and relocation support at no cost to the associate.
- Assignment of a senior clinical mentor for the duration of the programme.
- Fully funded training courses including Invisalign, composite bonding, digital dentistry, and smile design.
- Clear progression from foundation-level practice through to advanced cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
- Earning potential from £100k in the mentorship period to £250k+ by year three.
Clinical Training & CPD
All clinicians in the Saint Visage network have access to a comprehensive continuing professional development (CPD) programme that exceeds GDC minimum requirements. Our training programme covers:
- Core CPD requirements: medical emergencies, safeguarding, infection prevention and control, radiography, and complaints handling.
- Advanced clinical skills: endodontics, periodontics, orthodontics, implantology, and oral surgery.
- Cosmetic and digital dentistry: smile design, composite artistry, digital scanning, and CAD/CAM workflows.
- Practice management and business skills: treatment acceptance, patient communication, financial planning, and team leadership.
Dental Nurse Development
We support dental nurses at every stage of their career, from GDC registration through to extended duties qualifications. Our development opportunities include:
- Support for dental nurse apprenticeships and NVQ qualifications.
- Funding for extended duties certifications including radiography, impression-taking, and fluoride application.
- Career pathways into practice management, treatment coordination, and clinical leadership roles.
- Regular in-house training on clinical updates, patient management, and infection control.
Practice Management Development
Strong practice management is essential to delivering excellent patient care. We invest in our practice managers through:
- Structured induction and onboarding for new practice managers.
- Access to management training programmes covering HR, finance, compliance, and operations.
- Peer networking across the group, enabling managers to share best practices and support each other.
- Leadership development for high-performing managers interested in multi-site or regional roles.
Wellbeing & Support
We recognise that healthcare professionals face unique pressures. Our wellbeing support includes:
- Access to confidential employee assistance programmes (EAP) providing counselling and support.
- Mental health awareness training for managers and team leads.
- Flexible working arrangements where operationally possible.
- Regular check-ins between associates and their assigned coordinators to identify any personal or professional challenges early.
