The capital structure varies. In most cases, the group provides the majority of capital investment. The key investment from you is clinical excellence, leadership, and commitment.
Associates typically progress through clinical lead to JV ownership over 2–4 years. External clinicians with a strong track record may move faster.
Yes. Willie, Abboud, and Farhan each lead practices across Scotland. Once you’ve proven the model at one practice, the pathway to expansion is open.
