CAREER SUPPORT
End to End

We handle everything, so you do not have to

Apply and Assessment

Submit your details and CV. We review your background, career goals and eligibility, then arrange a short online meeting to understand your pathway and answer any questions.

Registration and Compliance

We support you through the necessary setup, including GDC registration, NHS requirements, visa support where applicable, and related compliance steps.

Relocation and Onboarding

Once approved, we help you relocate, settle into the UK, and complete your onboarding so you can start with clarity and confidence.

Induction, Mentorship and Development

You begin work in a supported principal-led practice environment with structured induction, ongoing mentorship, funded training, and continued professional development throughout the programme.

Saint Visage vs. a corporate dental group

Not all mentorship models are the same. At Saint Visage, mentorship is usually principal-led, with more direct involvement in your progress and development. In larger corporate dental groups, support may sit within wider management structures.

Still thinking it over? We've heard it before.

"I can't afford to relocate to the UK."

You don't need to. Saint Visage covers GDC registration, visa fees, Home Office costs, and legal representation. We also provide relocation support including help opening a bank account and understanding UK tax.

"I don't have clinical experience."

That's exactly what this programme is built for. Our associates arrive with academic knowledge and we provide the structured, supervised clinical environment to turn that into real-world skill.

"The GDC process seems complicated."

It is — but we handle it. Our team manages the entire GDC application, books your ORE/UKFP dates, and guides you through every step including document preparation and exam scheduling.

"What if I don't earn enough?"

Our associates earn between £100k – £250k depending on their stage. These are real figures from associates currently on the programme — not projections.

"I don't know if my degree qualifies."

If you hold a dental degree from a recognised university, you're likely eligible. We assess each application individually and guide you through the GDC's Overseas Registration Exam if required.

"What happens after the 3 years?"

You'll be a fully developed clinician with multiple career options — practice partnership within Saint Visage, joining our mentoring academy, or continuing as a high-earning independent associate.

Everything you need to know

What is the Associate Development Programme?
A structured three-year programme designed for international dental graduates who want to build a clinical career in UK dentistry. We provide mentorship, funded training, and a clear pathway from arrival to clinical excellence.
Who is eligible to apply?
Any dental graduate from a recognised university worldwide. Whether you’re a recent graduate or have some clinical experience, we assess each application individually based on your qualifications, goals, and potential.
Do I need to pass the ORE before applying?

No. You can apply before sitting the ORE. If accepted, we help you prepare for and schedule your exams as part of the onboarding process. Many of our associates applied before completing their GDC registration.

What costs does Saint Visage cover?

We cover GDC registration fees, visa and immigration costs, Home Office application fees, legal representation, NHS performer list registration, DBS checks, indemnity setup, and all training course fees throughout the programme.

How much can I expect to earn?

Associates on the programme typically earn between £100k – £150k in their mentorship period, rising to £150k – £200k in Year 1, and £200k – £250k+ by Year 2. These are actual figures from current associates combining NHS, private, and cosmetic income.

Where will I be placed?

We match you with one of our 30+ clinics across the UK based on your preferences, availability, and clinical needs. Most associates are placed in England and Scotland, with practices in both urban and suburban settings.

What training is included?

All training is fully funded and includes Invisalign Certification, Composite Bonding, Digital Dentistry, Smile Design, Veneer Preparations, and Restorative Dentistry. Additional specialist courses are available based on your progression.

How long does the application process take?

From initial application to UK placement typically takes 3 – 6 months depending on your GDC registration status and visa processing times. We respond to initial applications within 48 hours.

Can I bring my family?

Yes. Our visa support covers dependent visas for spouses and children. We also assist with practical settlement matters including school research, housing advice, and NHS registration for family members.

Ready to Begin?

Whether you’re still studying, recently graduated, or already have your GDC number, we’d love to hear from you. No commitment required.
