During these appointments, the orthodontist will make adjustments to the archwire and tighten the archwire to move your teeth into the desired position. Metallic braces usually take between 12 and 24 months to complete, depending on the severity of the case and the amount of movement required. Once treatment is complete, the orthodontist will remove the braces and fit you with a retainer to ensure that your teeth stay in their proper position.

Absolutely fantastic service!! I have had teeth out (well roots) had a new denture the service has been second to none. I have a real fear/phobia of dentists I explained this they have been so understanding and supportive. Simon explained every step clearly so I knew what was happening and at what stage.
